Why our Cleaning team love working for us.
I really enjoy working for IPSERV and have been here for just over 2 years in the role of Cleaning Service Manager. I transferred through a TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment) process from another company, along with 50 members of the cleaning team I am responsible for.
Going through the TUPE experience can be a stressful and worrying time as you’re never really sure how a new role and employer will work out, especially when you’re comfortable in a role; and like the employer you work for. However, since I transferred to IPSERV all of my concerns and fears were swiftly alleviated and any concerns that my cleaning team had about transferring over were also quickly eased by the fantastic management team and employment benefits that we receive at IPSERV.
I honestly couldn’t be prouder of the cleaning team that we have at IPSERV, I truly enjoy managing them and love the working relationships that we have built together. Each and every one of them goes above and beyond to help when we need them, they always pull together to cover staff absences or holidays, and are always open to supporting us to cover last minute jobs that we’re frequently contracted to.
Anyway, that’s enough from me about why I enjoy working for IPSERV and managing the great team we have here…I think I should let my team tell you what they personally enjoy most about working for IPSERV.
