Parking Charge Notices
Helping you to understand your rights and next steps after receiving a Parking Charge Notice (PCN).
Your Options
If you have received a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) and were not the driver of the vehicle at the time of the contravention, you can transfer liability through the appeals link.
If you were the driver of the vehicle at the time of the contravention you have two options, you can either pay the Parking Charge Notice (PCN) or appeal it, you cannot do both. Links for each option can be found opposite.
In order to proceed with either option, you will need your Parking Charge Notice (PCN) number. This can be found at the top of your notice and will begin with IPSC, IPS, IPSA or IPSB.
You are able to make a PCN payment by using the link opposite, or alternatively by calling 0333 0230137.
You can also pay by cheque or postal order to: Ipserv, Grafton House, 15-17 Russell Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 2DE
