Here at IPSERV we take pride in ensuring our Health and Safety standards are at the forefront of all of our employee’s minds. Over the previous couple of months, we’ve taken extra care to review and update all of our site-specific risk assessments and our employee induction and training manuals, as well as taking time to revisit all of our managed sites specifications to ensure these reflect their current requirements in a Covid secure workplace.

 

By reviewing the specifications and revisiting our managed sites, we can see first-hand just how important our work is to our clients. By being as proactive as we are, this has clearly demonstrated to our clients just how dedicated we are to ensuring we deliver a first-class service, which has given our clients the reassurance they need to place their trust in us to get the job done properly.

Covid-19 has meant that health and safety documents have been through regular reviews and updates as new government advice is provided and our client’s requirements have evolved as they have changed how they work within their workplace. This has meant the need to provide regular updates to our employees regarding what tasks and duties to complete, as well as when health and safety guidance and documentation has been updated. To achieve this, we have been working extremely hard behind-the-scenes to ensure all of our employees have access to the latest documents and updates via an online app which allows them access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

At Ipserv we’re constantly reviewing our working practices and services to ensure we maintain a market-leading business while providing the very best services to all of our clients.

 

By moving over to an online documentation system we’re able to reduce our paper usage and ensure updates are provided to our employees in a quick and efficient way.
