During these unprecedented and challenging times, face-to-face quality audits have become difficult to complete due to restrictions within our working environments. The safety of our staff and customers are always our main focus so we have had to adapt the way we work in order to continue providing a first-class service to our clients.

 

As with our service delivery changes, we’ve also had to adapt to changes to our internal systems as well, and like most companies, we’ve moved over to hosting virtual meetings via Teams or Skype so we can respond to enquiries and requests instantly. This has proved successful for us as we’re able to get to know our customers better while also given our potential clients an opportunity to get to know us and to understand our values and work ethics.

 

Our audits always include a detailed check of each site to provide feedback on the cleanliness against the high standards that we set.

 

Before the restrictions that were placed upon us by the global pandemic, we would have always completed face-to-face site visits to all of our customers, in order to conduct quality audits of the services we deliver at each and every site. Our audits always include a detailed check of each site to provide feedback on the cleanliness against the high standards that we set. This enables us to address any issues that may have developed and gives us the opportunity to rectify them.

 

To overcome the challenges that we face in our day-to-day lives we developed and created an online quality audit system that our customers can complete to leave us feedback on our delivered services and address any issues. This has proved to be a fast and effective system for us that has helped us maintain our high-standards and keeps us engaged with our customers.

 

We have worked hard to maintain our client relationships and have so far been humbled by the support and levels of engagement our customers have shown throughout these current restrictions.

 

Our quality audits are composed of series-specific questions that are tailored to each customer which allows us to gain insightful and key information about each site, as well as the levels and standards of service that we’re delivering. Our quality audit is a simple and user-friendly form which takes about 10 minutes to complete and customers can upload images as well to support their feedback.
