Here at IPSERV, we provide a growing range of bespoke services to companies that operate in both the private and public sector, including General Cleaning services, Clinical Cleaning services, as well as Car Park Management and Car Park Enforcement.

 

 

As a Facilities Management company with a passion for providing ethical and trusted services, it is extremely important for us to ensure we deliver service excellence in everything we do. To help achieve this goal we complete regular site audits of our services to strategically identify any concerns, or where a change is needed to deliver the best service we can.

Our audits are completed by different departmental managers who are not responsible for the service they audit, meaning the audits and the responses by those completing them remain impartial. If an area of improvement is identified during the audit, the responsible service manager will oversee the implementation of the change within 7 days of the audit being completed.

 

Audit scores are recorded within our service management system and can be provided to the client with reports detailing key elements of the audit, any areas of improvement and the actions that have been taken following the audit process.

 

By completing regular site audits and continually reviewing the services we deliver, we’re able to maintain the service excellence we expect, which has helped us gain many new clients as well as retain existing ones.

Along with our monthly service audits, we also provide regular review meetings with our clients, where we discuss service performance and propose proactive improvements to the delivery of the service.
