We are committed to our employees, protecting the planet and making and tracking our progress to reduce our carbon footprint.

Corporate Social Responsibility & Progress

We recognise that it may not be practically possible to completely eradicate our carbon footprint, so will consider carbon offsetting where needed.

We will update our website with our annual report that will clearly show our initiatives, impact, and progress towards reducing our carbon footprint and believe to achieve this it is important to set and record our milestones to measure our performance against.

Our Commitments

🌎 To our planet: 

• Reviewing our impact annually and provide a publicly available report on our progress towards becoming carbon neutral
• Purchase products that have environmental credentials wherever possible
• Annually review our suppliers and products purchased and record their environmental credentials and use this data to support sustainable product selections
• Offer an environmentally sustainable option to our customers wherever possible
• Select companies to work with that align with our own environmental values and goals
• Continually review our purchases and select consumable products that can be recycled wherever possible
• Reduce the amount of deliveries made to us by making less frequent purchases with larger order amounts
• Having an electric vehicle fleet for business travel
• Promoting public transport use through initiatives
• Request that suppliers remove unnecessary packaging with our orders
• Using solar power alternatives wherever possible
• Using a green energy supplier for our electric and gas
• Retaining IS014001 to validate our environmental management systems
• Introduce workplace environmental champions to lead on environmental initiatives, share ideas and capture feedback
• Provide an update on our environmental progress at every Board meeting
