We have gone cashless in all our car parks. To support the safety of our car park users during the COVID-19 pandemic we will only be accepting card payments at ticket machines or payments via RingGo, which can be done online, by app or by phone.

We partner with award-winning cashless parking operator RingGo to provide market leading pay by phone, and cashless parking services at our car parks.

With more and more people choosing to pay by card, it is essential that our car parks have alternative payment options available. We provide cashless parking that allows our customers to pay by telephone, online, text or a smartphone app ensuring a quick and easy parking experience.

For easy and convenient payment you can still use your bank card to pay for your car parking by using one of our pay-and-display machines located in our car parks. Use either contactless or chip-and-pin to pay.

Pay by phone

Call the dedicated RingGo car parking payments line to pay for your car parking. All you need to do is:

1.) Dial 020 3046 0010 and follow the instructions, stating your vehicle registration number, make & colour 2.) Provide the location code for the car park 3.) Choose all-day parking or just the hours you need to park there 4.) Enter your payment card details. Easy right?

Pay online

You can log into your online RingGo account at any time, from anywhere, using any device. Use your online account to find and pre-book parking, or just log in and pay for parking when you’re out and about.

Pay by text

Send a simple text message to arrange your parking. Simply find the car park location code, let us know how long you’ll be parking there, and then pay for your stay.

The RingGo text to park service requires you to be previously registered with RingGo and have added the vehicle you wish to park to your account.

You will receive a text confirming whether or not you have successfully parked. Text message fees may vary by parking location.

Pay by RingGo app

You can pay for your parking stay in any of our managed car parks with the trusted and easy-to-use RingGo app. Simply download the app, login or create an account, then pay for your parking. It really is that simple!

The Hold Car Park is not currently open to the public.

Step 1: Register an account.

1. Download the app or register online.

2. Add a mobile number, email address and password.

3. Set your marketing preferences.

4. Agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and you’re done!

Step 2: Book parking in seconds.

1. Select where you want to park.

2. Select the correct vehicle.

3. Select how long you want to stay.

4. Check your payment method.

5. Booked!

Step 3: Manage your booking.

Extend your session. Need more time? Extend your session without returning to your car.

Change your vehicle. Selected the wrong vehicle? Change vehicle up to 15 minutes after booking.

Download receipts. Receipts can be accessed anytime after you make a booking.

Save your favourites. Save your session as a favourite for faster booking next time round.
