Current Vacancies

Job title: Customer Services Advisor | Ipswich

Salary: £20,550 – £22,605 | 37 hours per week | Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00

Main Duties

  • Review and process Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) camera reads.
  • Update the enforcement software with accurate relevant information to include documents, permits, DVLA information, phone call notes etc.
  • Review, process and distribute car park permits.
  • Manage and reply to emails received to the parking, appeals, and permits email inboxes.
  • Review and reply to formal appeals including preparing and submitting evidence packs to POPLA.
  • Update the systems used to ensure full and correct information is kept on each case.
  • Prepare reports and ensure the Parking and Enforcement Service KPI’s are met.
  • Cleaning – to provide administrative support to IPSERV’s Cleaning Service Managers
  • Manage and reply to emails received to the cleaning email inboxes.
  • Place orders for cleaning chemicals and consumables.
  • Place orders for uniform and PPE.
  • Support the Cleaning Service Managers with administrative requests.
  • General – to provide administrative support to IPSERV’s Operations and Business Development Director and the wider IPSERV team.
  • Answering and making external and internal telephone calls, providing information and advice, or transferring calls when appropriate to the correct person.
  • To open, distribute, and where applicable action IPSERV post. This could include allocating cheques, customer enquiries, or complaints.
  • To support the business with new services or contracts.
  • To accurately follow processes set out in the Customer Care Operations Manual.
  • Place orders on Agresso and oversee the supply of goods to ensure the correct goods are received.
  • Undertake and evaluate research and collate information and prepare reports.
  • Provide an administrative function to IPSERV service areas.
  • Administrate the company CRM system, including updating records, loading attachments, providing reports etc.
  • To review and update the Health & Safety register.
  • To support the Operations and Business Development Director in any tasks they require completing.
  • Demonstrate IPSERV values at all times.

Essential Criteria

  • A good telephone manner.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience in complaint handling and/or conflict resolution.
  • Flexible approach to new tasks and duties.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent standard of work and customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to act professionally.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.

Desirable Criteria

  • 1 year of qualitative experience within Parking and Enforcement
  • 1 year of qualitative experience within customer care and/or complaint handling
  • Knowledge of appropriate car park enforcement regulations, legislation, and practices
  • Full UK Driving License

Job title: Clinical Cleaner | Bury St. Edmunds

Saturday and Sunday | 05:00 – 08:00

Saturday and Sunday | 20:00 – 23:00

Saturday and Sunday | 12:00 – 15:00

Salary: £9.56 an hour

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Cleaner to join us, supporting the contract cleaning at a Vaccination centre in the IP33 area of Bury St Edmunds.

Your shift will be varied and fast-paced and you will be working in an environment where you can really make a difference. You will be provided with full training to complete your role. You will be an ambassador to the cleaning service, and this will show through your work ethic, punctuation, and reliability.

We are a small growing business with a team of positive people that collaborate and support each other.

These roles are to cover our weekend shifts, but additional hours are available at times.

In return, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £9.56 per hour, 26 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) pro rata, full uniform, and full training. This is a fixed term role offering 6 hours per week.
