How do I apply for a parking permit?
You can apply for a permit using our online portal.
Which car parks do you offer parking permits for?
We currently offer parking permits for Duke Street and Corn Hill car parks. For more information about the individual car parks please visit the Our Car Parks page.
How can I pay for my permit?
Payments can be made online through our online portal using a debit or credit card.
Can I use my permit at any IPSERV car park?
No, your permit is only valid for the car park you selected in your application.
How do I cancel my permit?
If you have a monthly, quarterly, or annual parking permit you can cancel it with 30 days written notice if any of the following circumstances are applicable:
- We have breached the agreement
- You suffer an illness or condition preventing you from driving, working or continuing in further education
- You lose your job or place in full time education
- We have installed ANPR technology in the relevant Car Park since you applied for the Parking Permit and you no longer wish to use the Car Park for that reason.
In all cases you must provide evidence of the circumstances which apply.

- Contact details
- Vehicle registration, make and model
Alternatively, if you wish to cancel your permit via post, please write a letter containing the details above and send it to Ipserv Ltd, Grafton House, 15-17 Russell Road, Ipswich, IP1 2DE.
How can I update my personal details?
You can change your address, email, and vehicle registration through our online portal. You will need to log in to your account to make these changes. Any changes made are effective immediately.
How do I change the vehicle my permit is associated with?
You can alter which vehicle your permit is associated with by logging in to our online portal.
Can I have more than one vehicle on my account?
You can register more than one vehicle with your account, however only one registration can be linked with a permit at any one time.
Do I have to create an account to apply for a permit?
Yes, you do have to create an account to apply for a permit. This enables you to update personal information and vehicle details at any time using our online portal.
Once my application has been submitted can I park without paying?
No, once you submit your application it will be reviewed by one of our team. If we accept your application, you will then receive an email requesting payment for the permit.
Once payment has been made your application is complete. Your permit will then be active from the date you selected in your application.
Why can I not select for my permit to start within the next three days?
To allow time for our team to review and approve your permit application, we request that all permits start no earlier than three days after the initial application is received.
Will I receive a physical permit?
No, all of our permits are virtual so you do not need to display anything in your car.

We recommend using Google Chrome to open our online portal, some other browsers may restrict the functionality of the page. If you are still having issues please contact us.
